Aero Centre
Located in Toronto Pearson airport's business district, AeroCentre garden demonstrates how productive landscapes can transform a busy office campus into a welcoming destination where people reconnect with nature. Twenty raised edible gardens and a flourishing pollinator garden bring colour, fresh food, biodiversity, and the changing seasons into the everyday workplace.

the garden in action.Â
The gardens quickly have become a social gathering place at AeroCentre. Together with the site's established honeybee hives, they support pollinators, fresh food, and and seasonal change to an area previously dominated by concrete and grass.Â

Harvest events, workshops, and donations of fresh produce to local food banks extended the gardens' impact beyond the property. The project demonstrates how productive landscapes can strengthen biodiversity, enrich the workplace experience, and create lasting value for both people and the surrounding community.
